# Overview

The “Product Info” application adds a specific tab to your product sheets.
It provides an overview of the synchronization status of products between your Quable PIM system and your Shopify stores. This interface allows you to monitor, track, and manage your product data flows from Quable to your various Shopify stores.

Shopify Product Information with Quable

# Key Features

# Product Status Monitoring

The interface displays real-time synchronization status for products across all connected Shopify stores. Each product shows:

  • Store identification (e.g., lalique-jp, lalique-uk, lalique-us, etc.)
  • Shopify ID - The unique identifier assigned by Shopify
  • Creation date - When the product was first created in Shopify
  • Product status - Current synchronization state
  • Synchronized variants - Number of product variants synced (displayed as fraction, e.g., "2/3")
  • Last synced - Timestamp of the most recent synchronization
  • A Sync button allows you to force the synchronization of this product for the given store

# Visual Status Indicators

The system uses color-coded status badges to provide at-a-glance information:

  • 🔴 Synchronization Error - Issues preventing successful sync
  • ⚠️ Partially Synced - Some elements synced but not complete
  • "Synced" - Alternative status indicator for successful synchronization
  • 🔄 "In progress" - Synchronization currently being processed
  • "Pending" - Synchronization will start soon
  • ...

# Synchronization Error Details

When synchronization errors occur, the system provides detailed error messages in a tooltip or popup format:

  • Error messages appear in a dark overlay box
  • Specific error details help identify the root cause
  • Example error: "Handle xxx is already taken by a translation for this resource type"
  • Messages include technical information about failed operations

# Multi-Store Management

  • Each store appears as a separate row in the status table
  • Individual sync status per store allows for targeted troubleshooting
  • Stores can have different sync states for the same product
